The next ICCM CLE training is at the Hang Your Own Shingle CLE, 3:45-4:30, Friday, January 30, 2015. This is a 45 minute overview of three key ICCM skills, Integrative Listening, Hierarchy of Needs in Conflict Model, and 4-Step Change Process. The session is part of the full day program sponsored by the Low Bono Section of the WSBA and Seattle University.
The February 20, 2015, AMP session will cover follow up questions and case problem analysis based on the ICCM principles presented in this CLE.
